We’ve been to Speegleville several times now. We like this park because it’s quiet most of the time and right on Lake Waco. Sites are spacious and well spaced from each other.

This is a very nice park. I enjoy how close to the lake it is, and how nice the campsites are. The staff is very friendly. The only thig I would like to see are some full hookup sites. It is a hassle to dump every couple of days when we stay longer than two.

We very much enjoyed our 3-night stay! Location is right in Bastrop and close enough to Austin to make a couple of trips in. The campsites are spacious but you will get road noise; however, it was not enough to be truly bothersome. The hiking trails were great!

This is a lovely campground on Waco Lake. It is a confusing to enter as there is a small model airplane park on the right when going down Over Flow Rd, then there is a sign on the right for an RV park and marina that are not the Corp Of Engineer park. Go straight t0 access the entrance to the COE park.

To start we love this place close to waco, and the service people are so nice. this is our seconde time here in one month!
We have a 45 ft class A motorhome, so we picked #21 backin spot by the lake kinda, its the most level! if you have jacks and have plastic blocks almost all big spots will do, we did have to use one each front tires 4x6 wood to get completely level. of course we have air bags no jacks! cant wait to come back

We loved our visit at this campground. The weather was not cooperating but that’s what you get in January. Definitely want to come back for a stay in warmer temps. A lot of wildlife.
