Speegleville Park offers a peaceful camping experience with beautiful views, abundant wildlife, and clean, well-maintained sites. The roads were under construction and directions on where to go was poor. The pipes were not insulated and froze. For the most part it was pleasant otherwise.

Great camping! Right now the road repair is a bit difficult but its always a cost for improvements. Tons of wildlife! I highly recommend, the only negative was the entrance.

Enjoyed our time. Hiked the Lacy Point Trail. Saw lots of deer and birds. Site was nice and clean. Temporary road into park is kinda rough, but should be nice when finished. We will be back.

Men's showers did not work. And the showers that did work, gave you a choice of wearing wet clothes or get dressed outside. I have read a couple of posts that others are saying sites they rented were only costing them $14 a day. I am prior military and still pay twice that every day.

Horrible horrible access into park. Road under construction- detour was super muddy and of course it rained. Hard to pull 42 ft trailer in such poor sloppy muddy conditions. We left early as it was soooooo bad. Extremely disappointed!!!!

The wildlife in the park is not afraid to get close to campsites, so bring your lawn chair and be prepared to watch. And bring binoculars for the birds. Ample water access is great for paddling.
