The staff was very friendly and helpful with all questions we had. The grounds are very clean and groomed. If you're traveling with the RV just know the dump station is outside the gate so you will need to make sure you take any waste during open gate hours.

Very large campsite complete with a covered picnic table and grill. The area was quiet and had some beautiful sunsets. We felt safe with police occasionally patrolling. We would definitely stay here again.

The trees are not trimmed appropriately for full-height or big rigs. I've stayed here multiple times, but I will not be returning.

We use Corp of Engineers' whenever we can and generally enjoy our stay. As usual, our stay at East Fork was good but like some of the other COE's we have stayed at, it needs a little TLC. In particular, parking pads, picnic tables, etc. are a little dated and need some attention. Other than that, all was good - nice views, plenty of room and easy reservations and check in.

Grass VERY overgrown… Gate guards not friendly at all. Do not open the gate till 10 am under any circumstances! Will not return!

From Lavon, TX, travel South on Highway 78, take a right onto County Road 384. Travel until you come to a stop sign, then turn left onto Skyview Dr. and travel West for approximately 1.6 mi. East Fork will be on your right.
