Clean, family-friendly, easy to access the river for swimming and fishing. Some deer walk around in the mornings. Some good shade in some spots; it can also get windy here.

Close to the river and has extra parking across the street. We drove to the boat ramp and floated to our campsite. You can take the green river trail back to the boat ramp. 2 mile hike along the river.

Men's bathroom was dirty; both men & women's had no soap. Aggressive chipmunks! Well situated sites.

The campground is in a beautiful valley right next to the Green River. The site was small and there wasn’t much privacy, but it was adequate. The campground was very quiet. The bathrooms and water were close by. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned as much as most campgrounds have been lately, but they were fine. The campground is very close to the dinosaur fossils, visitors’ center, and petroglyphs. Overall we were happy with it.

It was very, very hot (I guess to be expected in late July). The campground was clean, the restrooms were in good condition. There were coyotes howling and barking pretty much all night. The views were pretty awesome, as was the night sky. I would consider camping here again, but maybe earlier or later in the year when it's not so hot.

The campground hosts at Green River were incredible! They went out of their way to help us move to adjacent sites when are reserved sites were farther away from each other than expected. Ten out of ten for customer service. Great area to explore.

The GOOD: Nice views of the mountains. Near the river. Easy to locate, worth the drive.
The BAD: Sites are not well defined. There were no clear boundaries to campsites. There were no tent pads. Very Noisy guest and the camp host did nothing to stop the noise.
Would I go back? Maybe.
