A small creek flows through the campground, offering a refreshing spot to wade and fish. Beartree Lake is also located within the recreation area, providing an ideal spot for fishing.

What Guests Are Saying

Beartree is a well-maintained, quiet campground with nice privacy and clean facilities, offering a wonderful camping experience. Many sites are fantastic, although some require significant leveling, and the infrastructure could use upgrades. Overall, it provides a beautiful, woodsy atmosphere ideal for a relaxing retreat.

Need to work on water supply...awesome camp area...just unfortuate when the demand for water is too much

Everything was clean the campsites were quiet and it wasn't a madhouse despite being a holiday weekend. I wish the shower had been working out second night but that was more an inconvenience than anything else
