Beautiful campground, but noisy neighbors who played music on speakers until 1130pm

The Rangers that were on site were very understanding of our concerns about campers who were disruptive and disregarding the rules that most campers were abiding by. They, however, did not feel they had the authority to do anything to change the behavior of the campers who had been identified and complained about by many fellow campers. The disruptions of the 4 tents, 3 cars and 20 or so very loud and rowdy campers in one campsite along with a dog that was left unattended and continuously barking for hours was unacceptable to us and many campers who were trying to enjoy a peaceful tent camping experience in our National Park system. We decided to leave early because the stress and anxiety that was created because the park was not able to act in a way that protected my rights as a rule following member of society was excessive. This was my only vacation this summer. It was destroyed because the lawlessness that was allowed to continue created too much stress for me. I am disappointed and regret my support of the National Parks. It has lost its appeal for me as a destination for a nature lover, hiker, and tent camper. I am 60 years old and have been supporting the National Park for over 20 years.

Although the campground was beautiful and well maintained, the experience was ruined by the massive amounts of people coming in and looking for open campsites all day. The area around the ranger station was dangerous with cars parked on every spare inch waiting to get a spot. The ranger station would be better placed farther up the road, away from the camp sites. And possibly better communication to the public that specifically all of the FF sites are full early in the morning, and driving loops around the campground all morning are a futile attempt at getting a spot.

Great campground, but this site was small. It also had very small spot for parking. We had two vehicles and hardly could fit them there. Good trees for hammocks (we set up 4). Back of the Site was along the Silver Falls Loop trail

We had a great site on a corner by the river. Absolutely loved it. Seemed very quiet even though campground was full. A couple short hikes leave right from the campground. Conveniently located about equidistant from Sunrise and Paradise.

The Park Rangers were very helpful in getting two campsites next to each other, very much enjoyed our time camping and hiking, and Longmire and Paradise too!

Beautiful campground in an old growth forest with the river running through it. Facilities were well maintained and clean. Great to be near the visitor center to have information about the area available. Access to hiking trails from the campground.
