The Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort Campground offers a great location near beautiful hiking trails and the hot springs, making it an ideal base for outdoor adventures. Many reviewers praised the cleanliness of the facilities, friendly staff, and peaceful atmosphere, especially during less crowded seasons. However, some noted that the RV parking area felt cramped and lacked restroom facilities, with close proximity between campsites leading to occasional noise from neighbors.

Been going here 50 years and don’t like the timed sessions such a money grab and the extractor to remove water from you suits was removed another big disappointment t I had books of tickets I bought when they were good all day and front desk staff would not honor them I hope someone else besides Aramark takes over and brings back the true charm of this special place

The campground and facilities are well maintained. The park is beautiful. The only downside is that the park was noisy, particularly on the weekend. We also had a guy running a loud generator at the site next to us for a few hours a day. I suppose the campground can’t do much about that.. Finally a fellow camper went over and asked politely for him to shut it off as it was driving us all madd.

There should be a limit to the size of RV at " The Campground " the guy next to us pulled a 30 ft air stream into a site that hardy fit his rig and then ran 4 generators until we asked him to stop it should be a campground not an RV park

I could not recommend site 41 in loop B. It’s more of a picnic site, not a campsite. There was not space to set up a tent. Luckily I was able to secure another site where there was enough space to set up a tent. Don’t expect to be able to have space for a tent at this site.

Consider SolDuc campground the ultimate camping experience! That is if you enjoy camping deep in a forest of ancient tall trees with thick, soft carpets of moss below. The hot springs pools are clean and hot, though the sulphur aroma can be a bit overwhelming. The highlight of our stay was the hike to the SolDuc falls, the falls themselves are beautiful but it was walking through that rich, quiet forest that was the real treasure.

Although the forest was beautiful, the campsite was not ideal. There was no way to see what the campsite looked like in advance. It ended being remarkably small (I’ve never had such a small campsite before across several years of camping), and stationed between a mountain wall, the host’s campsite, and the road. No privacy, and no good views. When we asked to switch, we were told the resort staff/hosts had no direct access or knowledge of site cancellations or openings. They offered us 3 walk-in sites, all of which were too long of a hike for our heavy camping gear. Regardless of the site, the overall campground was beautiful, a close walk to Sol Duc Falls, and access to the hot springs. Recommended campground, but try to research individual sites ahead of time if possible.

Wonderful setting amongst the big trees. The restrooms were clean everything else was what we expected. Our only note for improvement was that the camp host was only present for a few hours and not overnight. Some campers apparently weren't aware of the campfire ban and we had to remind them.
