Battlerun Campground is a beautiful campground we enjoy coming to every year. The staff are helpful and pleasant and the facilities are clean and receive regular maintenance/cleaning.

I wish they let you check in before 6 pm. It gets dark pretty quickly in the woods! Not enough time to set up camp.

Hard to get a spot found opening for one night then week later found another spot for one night had to move in the middle of a storm then no power the second day no power during a heat wave. But we love this place and always come back. Oh there needs to be rules on burning trash in fire pits!

Great campground. They do need to update shower houses. The shower heads are old and have little pressure. The rest rooms were clean but workers put toilet paper that had been dropped on floor and gotten went back into dispenser. Soap was not always filled for sinks.
We enjoy our stay here every year but would like to see some updates.

We love this campground but were disappointed to find our firepit full of trash on arrival. It is supposed to be a no pet campground, but we counted 8 different dogs during our stay.

we were on site number 22 and our daughter and family were on 23, Our site doesn't have shade but our daughters did so we spent lots of time on their site. the campground is a very nice and clean campground they are constantly working to keep it that way. Also, the staff is very helpful if you need them. they have a nice beach area. there are so many things to do and enjoy all around the area! good restaurants and a great icecream shop (fat eddies) within a mile that is hard to stay away from LOL

It would be great if they’d upgrade the sites to include water hook up.
