The weather was chilly and breezy, so the mosquitoes weren't a problem. There were improvements being made in an area of the campground, so the noise of chainsaws, heavy equipment, etc. was constant during the daytime. Otherwise, a peaceful place. The trains would come through daytime, too, blaring their horns, but not at all at night. The outhouses were clean and stocked with TP, but there was no hand sanitizer in any of them that I used. Beautiful camp ground. Very clean and the camp hosts were very helpful. My only complaint is that there is some contruction being done at one of the campsites and heavy equipment was being used. They started work at 0530, both mornings that we were there. Really loud when you are sleeping in a tent.

Our campsite was a quick walk to the lake and restrooms. It was tucked away back in the woods which was really nice and gave some privacy.

Campsite was easy to find, well maintained, beautiful, and so close to a large, gorgeous lake. Our group was able to get spots near each other and we had a blast. Will be going there again!

Spot is flat and required no additional leveling of camper. Very spacious. There is zero cell signal at this spot, but if you are willing to walk around can usually find one faint bar.
The road in from highway is full of medium to to large pot holes so use caution. The bridge needs some maintenance as well, there are several ruts in the top layer of the wood so go slow.

Great campground. Hosts do a great job of keeping the campground clean. Note, this campground does not have cell service.

Beautiful place to stop and relax. Campsites have a lot of space, each with fire pit and table. Host was very friendly and helpful.
Plenty of ‘First come’ spots available if you don’t have a reservation.

Our campsite was spacious, clean and quiet. The camp hosts were very friendly. It’s one of my favorite campgrounds in AK.
