Staff are the best. Genuine smiles, good information, wanting to help. Campsite was clean and ready for us. Bathrooms also clean and ready for use. The views are amazing on the trails and the air was so nice. Will be back.

Wonderful location so close to the rim edge. Good paths like Transept Trail on your doorstep. Clean toilets. Plenty of space between sites. Wildlife in the trees around you is amazing, variety of birds and deer.

We loved this campground, we wish we would have stayed longer! There are nice hikes right from the campground, not crowded at all! They have a nice market, laundry and showers right in the campground. The North Rim Lodge is awesome and we loved the ranger programs. The campsite was very good, they are well spaced out and level. We look forward to coming back again.

Most of the sites are very shaded, so don't expect much solar charging. Loved the park and lodge and I want to come back again. So peaceful.

We wanted to stay two nights and to do that we reserved two separate sites. The first night was a site described as suitable for maximum total vehicle length of 15 feet. Had no problem with my 18 ft travel trailer towed with 19.5 ft F150. We noticed quite a few empty sites (host told us there were 7 unoccupied).
Late afternoon on day 2 the host came to ask us to move to another site because the one we were in was reserved. We moved to site #2 and nobody showed up for the one we moved from. Again we observed quite a few other empty sites even though your web site shows no vacancies. Your system seems to encourage people to reserve sites but doesn’t sufficiently punish no shows who do not cancel. Other than these two issues (misleading site description and no-shows) the restrooms were pristine, water faucets plentiful and dump station nice and clean.

nice campsite, not packed tightly, everything clean and well maintained. My only complaint was not your fault at all; three days of thundershowers is one thing but that last day was the heaviest sustained downpour that I have ever seen! My tent did not leak the first three days but no tent I've ever seen would have stood up to that downpour. I was consistently impressed with how clean everything was. Your people did a great job.

Shared bathrooms were immaculate and full campground was surprisingly quiet and dark.
