Amazing camp site- we book the group sites so we have plenty of room to spread out. The camp hosts are AMAZING! Always so kind and friendly- one gentleman was kind enough to leave the showers open longer for us when our group got back late and very dusty from 4-wheeling. Much appreciated and he was very cool about it. We come every year- it’s become our favorite spot to enjoy all things out doors- no cell service so you can really truly get away from it all!

We enjoy our visits to Apache Trout very much. All the camp hosts are so friendly and helpful and do a terrific job of keeping the camp ground clean and welcoming. The bathrooms are always immaculate.
It would be nice if the roads could be hard surfaced and the camping pads as well. There is so much dust and dirt in the campground.

This Campground is beautifully situated in the trees, but a close walk to Big Lake. The restrooms were clean. Our camp host was extremely helpful getting us backed in to our site. We will return next year, I hope!

Although the campground and location is very nice, our specific campsite was not. The campsite had most of the gravel gone and was 2 inches of pure dust. The kids could not stay clean at all and had to wash every hour. All campsites need to have the lack of gravel addressed.

The camp host on shift keep us well informed of animal sightings in other campgrounds and what to do and not do. They were all very helpful.
