Well maintained campground. Fishing was good at the lake, but unfortunately the streams were not stocked this year. There was a spider infestation, which we attributed to the lack of rain. We have camped here many times and always, no matter the weather, had a great time.

The spaces are very nice, some are further apart than others, but that didn’t matter, it was peaceful and very beautiful. There were a group of deer roaming around daily, and in the ever. Minding their own business and very friendly.
The lake is a short walk from the camp sites, but a quick drive with ample parking if you prefer to drive to the lake.
The hike around Convict Lake is extremely easy for all levels and absolutely gorgeous.
I’ve been visiting the area for years and we always seem to get a quick rain shower in the afternoon. It goes away as fast as it came in. Very refreshing!
Caught a few trout and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful sunsets.
The store and restraunt are great if you need something or don’t feel like cooking.
Our family loved our stay.

This campground was beautiful! The bathrooms were generally clean and accessible, and the grounds were well maintained. There was a lot of wildlife and really nice views. Some sites were definitely bigger than others, and the views ranged from site to site, but overall no complaints!

This is a great campground near the beautiful Convict Lake. Spots can be tight to get into, so choose accordingly.
