Absolutely loved it. Campsite was comfortable, with a table, fire ring, bear box for food, and plenty of space for the tent and parking. Bathrooms were clean. All facilities around the lake were great.
Thank you! See you next year..!

We enjoyed our week at Convict Lake. Fishing was great. Just wish that the mouse didn’t make the trek home.

If you are able, hike around the lake. Great views of mountains with the lake in the foreground.

We had a wonderful stay with our 26-foot Lance trailer, three kids, and two dogs. The site was perfect—a beautiful balance between the peaceful sound of the creek and stunning mountain views. All three camp hosts were excellent, accommodating, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. There was just enough Verizon signal to make a call if needed, which was a nice bonus. We’d absolutely come back!

We had a wonderful time at this campground! It was just a quick overnight trip but wish we booked longer! What I liked most about the campsite, other than the beautiful view of the lake, was how accessible everything was. A really great site for families with kids. They have a restaurant nearby and the convenience store has plenty of cute souvenirs and snacks. Really appreciated that the restrooms were flushable toilets and not pit toilets. I do wish the bathroom had soap though. But everyone there was very friendly and there was plenty activities to do in and around the lake. We went kayaking for 2 hours in the morning and it was really nice to be on the still water before the wind picked up. Overall very great experience and can’t wait to come back, will definitely be staying longer next visit!

Everything about CONVICT LAKE is awesome. The Lake, creek, camp spots, Store, Marina restaurant and the Mountain backdrop just make your shoulders slope a bit... big exhale...and total relaxation sets in. I've been home for 2 weeks now and am still relaxed. Camp hosts are very friendly and helpful Dennis is great 👍 as well as Jeffrey and one other I didn't catch his name. 27th annual trip this year... hopefully at least 27 more. New generation's are being added every year...our group keeps growing.

Site 57 was excellent for privacy, but it is the furthest site from the lake. No shade, but the creek ran just behind the site with several access points where you could enter the shallow waters to cool off. Camp hosts were attentive and the bathrooms very clean.

Love the lake but the boat rental prices are extremely expensive and not worth the price.
