Awesome! Beautiful site, (#52, but opt for #53 if possible, better view), snow capped mountains of Yosemite in the distance, rolling green hills, tons of jack rabbits, wild turkeys, ground squirrels. Serene, clean, quiet, would go back again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!
NOTE: they did not have firewood available. Also, we had to take a longer route due to flooding and road closures, (bumpy and narrow at times), totally worth the drive!

The campsite next to me (53 or 54) was overcrowded. Otherwise all good. The camp hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Great spot if you have kids, better views are 9 & 10 but 11 worked best for us since it has shade and more room for kids to run around in. We loved it nothing bad to say about

Beautiful setting, quiet, lots of wildlife. Bathrooms clean, public use areas free of garbage. Lake perfect for kayak, canoe, or small boats. Interesting walking trails. Remote location due to road closure.

The campground is beautiful with the lake at 81%. Grass is green and was freshly cut. Rangers are helpful as always and the new camp host are amazing.

This campground is a beautiful campground for camping in Spring in the fall. If you have a boat or JetSki to take advantage of the reservoir or lake, then this would be a good summer destination. They have nice clean bathrooms with showers, but the showers may or may not be working in each one.
