This is a clean, quiet, well run campground in a somewhat isolated area. There are lots of nice trails on which to walk or bike and there are lovely views of the lake from some of the sites. The lake is very low but fine for boating/kayaking and birdwatching. The down side is that the lake water has blue green algae, smells bad and physical contact with the water is not advised. There is an enjoyable disc golf course nearby within the park and there is a playground.

Great campground! Was very quiet mid-week, Ranger was super friendly, bathrooms and showers clean (no hot water in September). T-Mobile cell service was intermittent even near entrance.
