First time here. Spot was ok only because we went in January and no one was really there. Spot #29 is super small and literally right next to other campsites, no shade whatsoever but because we went in Jan it wasn’t a big deal. Other than that… it was beautiful to look out at the lake and all the hills. Will be going back but definitely finding another campsite.

i hadn't been here in over 10 years, but it is just as quiet as i remembered. found and held a centipede, so that was a huge bonus.

My site (#33 - no view but away from everyone else) was nice but the generators from the RV’s and Airstreams were too loud. I camp by tent and this park is mainly for RV’s. The bathrooms and free shower were pretty disgusting. The men’s bathroom ran out of toilet paper. For great views of the lake, I recommend sites #21 (tent), #27 thru #31.

Pine Flat Lake is one of my favorite places to camp in the USACE managed campgrounds during the open boat ramp season. Off season has a different vibe with not much water activity to enjoy. The lake is very nice with a good water level and the campsites are nice with some shaded sites.
