It is better to have electricity and bedding. We didn't bring pillows and blankets. So it is hard to sleep with clothes on.

Great location where steps away from Lake Manzanita. The cabin was neat and cozy. The surrounding was quiet. The restroom and shower room were very clean. The staff in store were friendly and acknowledgeable. We'll come back to there certainly. Only a few things need to be improved. The blinders in the cabin need to replacement, the lock was little hard to open with the key. In all the service was great.

The cabin was clean and nicely furnished with two chairs, a table, a lantern, and a propane heater. The porch also had a table and two chairs. Lassen Volcanic NP was a hidden gem with beautiful lakes and well maintained trails. Must do: Cinder Cone, Manzanita Lake, Lassen Peak, and Bumpass Hell. There were more hikes we did not get to do. The pit toilets were well maintained and sanitation gel was provided .

The cabins were even better than I had hoped! Clean, well maintained, with thoughtful additions like shelves and hooks on the wall. Small details that I did not see on the site photos. The lamp on the table provided light, I would advise to bring another source of light in side the cabin in addition to.
Kids loved having the camper store to get soft serve and snacks. The convenience of full service bathrooms, showers, and a laundromat was perfect. The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions.

Manzanita lake is my favorite! The campground is clean and spacious. This was my first time renting a cabin, and I will definitely return.
