Our campsite was slanted and we couldn't tell from the initial photo. We were sleeping in the car so it wasn't ideal. Even the bench was very slanted so we couldn't even cook on it and had to sit on the ground. We couldn't move the bench to the nearby shadow. The lady at the reception said I had to call the recreation.gov and that she could change anything even though the camp was half empty. Very very dirty bathrooms.

The campsite did not enforce quite hours. There were a few groups playing loud clubbing music till past midnight. The bathrooms were not very well maintained or clean.

It was hot! Of course, the temp wasn't the fault of the camp, but because we had to turn off the generator by 10, we needed to open the windows to be able to sleep. The campers beside us partied until 1:30. Loud talking and music. No way to avoid hearing them. The bathrooms and showers weren't clean. We left early the next day, just as the park ranger was unlocking the entrance gate to get in the park, so no one had been there to enforce the generator or noise curfew. Wish we had known that. We could have run our generator, slept cool and drowned out the other camper's noise

It was hot and humid, but that is not the fault of the park or the Host.
The host... I WISH i had gotten her name, was very nice and communicative. We saw her patrolling the property several times. We were in Yoku 73 and it was perfect. Near enough to the restrooms to have easy access. The restrooms could have been a little cleaner, but they were functional and had toilet paper (even though I have been to enough of these campgrounds to know to bring my own.)
We spent most of our time over at Slick Rock, so my son could play in the river there.
We will be coming back for winter camping at this site.

The bathrooms were very dirty, they were full of excrement, they could not be used, very, very dirty, I will not return to that place.

Sites are nice, some are better than others the restrooms dirty when I used them. The area during the summer is very hot.

Site 21 had no actual space available for setting up a tent and was right next to a dumpster. It was 104 degrees F out, and the lake was brown and full of weird jellyfish type things so we couldn’t even cook off in it. We ended up needing to find another place to camp.
