We arrived to find someone else in our spot. Camp host was VERY friendly, HOWEVER she stated "I can't make them move". Okay so that means I can just book any site then once I get there decide to pick a better site even though it's reserved? What a terrible policy. We specifically booked a waterfront site weeks in advance but the rude campers who were supposed to be at site 26 on 6/4 took our spot without permission (according to the host) and they refused to move when confronted by me. The camp host should have made them move, but instead we were offered an alternative site with tons of bushes and no waterfront access. Ended up leaving at 7am the next day and going somewhere else. I have reached out for a refund, waiting to hear back...

Had a great time. Camp hosts were great, very friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Cell reception was great-Verizon. Experienced a fantastic lightning storm in the evening and saw a variety of animal species, bald eagles, pelicans, geese, ducks and herons. Great Lake for Kayaking and fishing.

The camp host was wonderful, friendly, kept the bathrooms clean and would stop a chat. Campground was quiet which was nice, Although the lake was very high and I’ve never seen it this high before, everyday the water level would rise and we had to pull in out slide out in so people could drive by but by Monday (Memorial Day) we had to switch campsites so others could leave, this was a pain but we did it for the other campers. I don’t understand why they can’t just let some water out.
