What Guests Are Saying
Jumbo Rocks Campground offers a clean and well-maintained environment with stunning views, quiet nights, and easy access to hiking trails and climbing opportunities. Many campsites provide a sense of privacy and seclusion, especially if chosen wisely, while facilities like clean restrooms enhance the camping experience. However, some sites are closely situated, which can lead to noise and foot traffic from neighbors, and the presence of bees may be bothersome for some visitors.

Nice campground. Though no cell service. Sign for campgrounds 25-4x is pointing in the wrong direction. Passed the road to my campsite twice before guessing the sign was pointing improperly.

We stayed at site 26 and it was fantastic! Totally private on either side, huge jumbo rock that provides shade in the afternoon. Bathroom is just steps away, and my kids loved playing on all the rocks behind the site. Space for a small or medium tent. Probably one of the most unique campgrounds ever! If you are looking for a great site with privacy pick #26!!

These campsites are quite smaller than most others weβve experienced in Joshua Tree. Great location and absolutely stunning but pay special attention to surrounding spots and how close they will be.

The campsites were separated from each other, so we enjoyed our own private space.
A starry sky and a world without the internet. It was very relaxing.
