What Guests Are Saying
Hodgdon Meadow Campground is a clean, well-maintained facility with friendly staff and a peaceful atmosphere, making it an excellent base for exploring Yosemite. Many campers appreciated the beautiful natural surroundings and the cleanliness of the restrooms. However, some sites are sloped and close together, which might impact comfort and privacy for certain visitors. Overall, it’s a highly recommended spot for campers looking to enjoy the beauty of Yosemite.

The tent site we had was really step. Really uncomfy to sleep there, especially considering the high price compared to other nationalpark campgrounds.

Nice campsite but parking for 2 vehicles was a bit tight. Overall would go back there again.

Other than the tent pads not being level (lol!) this was a great campsite since we like being away from the crowd and feeling more surrounded by nature. I feel like this site had a more level tent pad than most. We enjoyed the campground.

We had a blast camping. Roasting s’mores by the fire! The bathroom were nice and clean. The rangers were very nice and informal. We were a short 30-45 min from Yosemite valley. We took a swim in the lower falls area. Overall an excellent 2 night 3 day trip.

We were at campsite #8.The ground wasn’t level so we camped on a slight slope but it was very doable. Bathrooms and water were all clean and worked well.

The campsite was one of my favorite things about Yosemite. This campsite had huge sequoia trees scattered all throughout it. Even though the campsite had a lot of people in it, we still felt very secluded. The campsite was clean and well run. The host that welcomed us was super knowledgeable and helped us know what to do first. I would definitely enjoy another stay at this campsite.

Easy to book and find. The campground is good enough. As expected. You are not in the wilderness so expect some noise. Tent site, table, and fire pit were all fine.
