Many campers appreciated the beautiful natural surroundings and the cleanliness of the restrooms. However, some sites are sloped and close together, which might impact comfort and privacy for certain visitors. Overall, it’s a highly recommended spot for campers looking to enjoy the beauty of Yosemite.

Campsites are small and close together, but the location is amazing. Just 30 minutes outside Yosemite Valley, and up higher in elevation so it’s cooler. Well maintained campsites with clean water and restrooms.

Reservation system was not user friendly. Had to call (from Canada) to book a spot. I do not have knowledge of the area and it was difficult to navigate the website.

My family really liked this campsite! Our site was comfortably set apart from its neighbors and the bathroom was really clean. The surroundings were on a par with other campsites in the park in terms of natural beauty. Some other reviewers have a problem with the slope of the ground which, I agree, would present challenges to anyone who has a hard time navigating uphills and downhills, but I think that if someone is capable of venturing beyond the paved trails in the park would have no issue dealing with the slope. The actual area to pitch the tent was flat. Bottom line, I wouldn't hesitate to grab another site here on a future visit. And the staff running this campsite were really nice to deal with :)

I have no complaints. It was as expected. In general I find campsites becoming increasingly troubled by noise from music and generators. I go camping to avoid noise of all kind. I would ban music altogether.

A fine campground, although not in the Valley of course. The Meadow itself is poorly marked, but go down the hill behind #24-26 and you'll get there. A nice path going the length of it and then coming back via the group campground.
