Beautiful campground! In the summer very difficult to get a campsite reserved but so worth it! Plan to stay in put on weekends because so busy in the valley.

Beautiful campsite - excellent location near Vernal Falls, Mirror Lake, & Curry Village. Would definitely stay here again!

campsite North Pines 303 extremely small, so would try not to book it again. It is also very close to river and was muddy all the time & very close to being flooded at night. Luckily rangers found us another campsite for a few nights to help keep us dry. In high water years I would avoid this site.

Camped at the backpackers campground behind North Pines. Due to snow runoff, when we arrived just before dark it was not possible to drive to drop off our gear through North Pines but the campground manager was there to direct us. We ended up choosing the “walk through the water” method and parked at Curry Village lot. Once at the campground, our site was clearly marked and a fine distance from other people and the bathroom. Used the recreation.gov app to pay - just be sure to scan the right QR code at the campground for the # of people in your party!
