It was absolutely great!! I’ve was here for two consecutive weekends because I loved it so much. Bathrooms are clean! People around are friendly. Rangers and camp hose are wonderful. Can’t wait to go back!

The sites are rather small and dark (no sunlight or starlink reception), the booking system is really impractical, but the staff and park ranger super friendly.

Enjoyed my stay at the campground. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Rangers at the station were accessible and happy to answer any questions. Maintenance visited the restrooms each morning for cleaning and restocking.

Overall staff were nice, and really great. I had a multi-site set of reservations, and it would have been nice to
have a spare bear box to put stufff while switching between campsites, so i could start my walks earlier without
haveing to checkout and checkin in hours when Rangers were available.

Booked at site that indicated up to 35 feet max for RV. From the previous week snow storm and campground closure, they plowed the first 20 feet of site. Remainder was unusable as the plow went horizontal across the back leaving a snow berm blocking access to the last 15 feet. Picnic table, fire pit and food locker were past the berm. The plow drivers must have been in a hurry as all the concrete bollards were displaced throughout the campground. Was expecting a deep site. Had to shovel out part of it to be able to back in far enough to clear the road.
Hopefully the upcoming repaving project (3/20) will reset the bollards and even out the roads and parking slots. Many are in poor condition and flood when rainy or snow melt
