Camp Hosts were wonderful.
Everything was great, with one exception:
Every night, we had to ask people to be quiet, well after 10pm.
Back in the day, the rager used to roll though and tell people to be quiet.
Now campers have to enforce it, and it's uncomfortable.
Thanks!

We had an okay spot. Very level, that was nice , neighbors a bit close anlthough not a problem but one with a generator until 9pm and again in the morning. Other than that a fantastic location.

Loved the location so close to do the mist trail hike. Not as shaded but still had some shade.

It’s a camping spot in the valley…how could it NOT be 5 stars.

Upper Pines is a beautiful campground with incredible, up close views of Half Dome. You can walk across the street and right into the Merced River. You might even see a bear here, so make sure to lock your food up in the provided lockers.
You should absolutely check out El Capitan, Olmsted Point, Glacier Point, and Bridalveil Falls
