This is a beautiful campground. There was lots of rain, but if you put up a shelter and use awnings etc, you can be out in the rain and enjoy it. The fishing for my husband was terrific. The campground has hiking trails and even just walking the dirt roads through the campground are enjoyable. The river running through the campground is peaceful and calming. Lots of wildlife, squirrels, chipmunks, birds, deer and often there are moose, however we didn't see any this trip.

I really enjoyed 30 mile campground. The last couple miles on the road leading to it was very rough. If it were not for this, I would have given it 5 stars.

Beautiful views, clean campground and restrooms, and friendly camp host! The weather is perfect, especially in July, usually in the mid 60s. Perfect for family camping.

We had site #1, prepare for your awning placement between the two large spruce trees first, and you will have no problem with opening it during the rain. I really like the roomy area for campfires and picnic table. Was pretty private. We had a rainy trip so didn't get to enjoy that area much.

Great scenery. The mountains were rugged and beautiful. Campground was quiet and the bathrooms were very clean. Good place to see all sorts of animals.
