What Guests Are Saying
Thirty Mile Campground is highly praised for its beautiful mountain views, spacious and clean campsites, and friendly hosts who maintain spotless facilities. Visitors appreciate the campground's privacy, proximity to fishing spots, and access to hiking trails. The main concern noted was the rough 10-mile dirt road and occasional noise from generators, but overall, guests express a strong desire to return.

Water was over chlorinated. Host (nice guy, Bill) said your contract guy went to the pump added chlorination, appears to have been on the high side although Bill said it was in limits. Still water was undrinkable. If you think a refund is in order we agree.

Thirtymile is our VERY favorite place to camp in Colorado. We have been coming up here for about 25 years. This trip was great as always, only there seems to be a problem with the water this year. it smelled very strongly of chlorine. The last day I happened to walk by the big sign at the bridge and saw a notice that the water supply wasn't "managed" by a "licensed company" or something like that. It didn't say the water should not be used, it was more like use at your own risk. By the end of our 9 days there my face was red, burned and itchy from washing my face. Hopefully this can be fixed. Such a BEAUTIFUL place!!!
