This is one of the most charming campgrounds I've ever been too. Absolutely loved the Ponderosa Pines surrounding the sites and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere. Plenty of space in each campsite. Lots of shade. Just beautiful!

Spot was pretty easy to find, even after sunset. It was quiet and we didn’t even realize how many others were camped around us until the morning! Bathroom was clean for it being a permanent port-a-potty

Nice and clean grounds and facilities with an excellent host. Dear walked through the camp one day and very quiet and peaceful. Verizon just barely worked on Loop E while AT&T was intermittently working for simple texts.

One of our favorite spots in the state. Easy access to Durango but just remote enough to feel like you’re away from it all. Hosts are terrific and work hard to keep things clean and orderly. Great hiking and biking trail access for the more experienced. There was a large youth group some of the nights in a double site but they weren’t out of control.

Campsite is at end of road which offers additional privacy. Bathrooms and water spigot are within the camp. Dumpster in walking distance. The camp host even provided some fire wood when we arrived. Outstanding place to camp. 15 mins from Durango.

The Junction Creek Campground was quiet, clean, and peaceful. Probably one of the cleanest vault toilet I've ever been to - and I've seen a lot. We stayed in Loop C, site 6 and it worked great for our large tent. The majority of the campsites were very spaced out and beautiful in the pine trees. I would absolutely stay here again.
