Great campground, in a great area. Lots of
Hiking, and water activities nearby and at campground. Stayed at site 4 right by the water. It fit 2 10 person tents ok, and we had beautiful rock walls all around us. It’s a little further away from the main path so you don’t hear people as much as they walk by. But it is by the bridge (which heads to the other sites that are tent only) so it is a heavy traffic area. At night since you’re right by the water that’s all you hear so it’s very peaceful.
When people are tubing they have the choice to get off on site 4 so be aware some people might be crossing your campground or trying to hangout there for the day.
Bathrooms were ok. Since we were on site 4 it was a short walk, but If you are staying across the bridge it’s a further walk so something to consider.
Camp host was friendly and always had fire wood.

This is my happy place. It wasn’t too big, it wasn’t too crowded, tubing down the cute little creek that goes through the campsite was amazing! The views are gorgeous, the hikes are awesome, the campsites are nice.

The campsite was beautiful. We loved the stream, trails, and beautiful scenery.
I was a little concerned about how close the fire ring was to the table.
The vault toilet needed to be serviced. It was truly the worst one I have ever seen.

(TLDR: Please fix the auxiliary outhouse septic ventilation, and enforce site privacy from other parties. Have more updated site information on the online reservations.)
So, the auxiliary outhouses across from site 18 are absolutely rancid; Something is not right. It induces vomit. From what I could observe the ventilation fan was not working properly for the septic tanks; You can see for yourself. Besides that, things were not so bad, it was a little overcrowded, with people intruding campsites for river access. I know it would be weird to have small fences, but even if it was just 3ft tall split rail it would create a much better border between sites. One specific party had reserved almost half of the entire campground and it felt a little overran. Didn't realize one huge group could do that, figured there would be a limit on how many sites one party could reserve. The campground host was nice. The website doesn't accurately display the bookings of sites at all, when we arrived it was much different (as far as reserved sites), and we actually switched camp sites to have better river access.

Excellent location. Wish there was electricity for camper locations but no problem running off the generator. Overall loved it.
