This is a great campground! Close to the lake and trails for miles of hiking. Our annual trip includes hiking to Timberline Lake. Hosts keep everything clean.

very clean, well kept, quiet campground. Each site has a picknik table and a fire ring. Spaces are spacious, two tents easily fit, with two spacious parking spots. Out houses were immaculate. The camp hosts were friendly and very helpful. looking forward to returning.

Great camp sites, the hosts were respectful and nice. The bathrooms were some of the cleanest in any park I've been at. I wish they had water so I don't have to bring all that weight with me but still a great spot to camp. It was windy so paddle boarding was out but there is a nice trail that goes around the lake that is fun to hike. This place is higher up in elevation so it will be much cooler and for me that's a bonus. A great experience all around a will love to come back.

Turquoise Lake and Baby Doe is our favorite family campground. We love to kayak and lake access is relatively easy. Stunning views of the Sawatch Range. The trail along the lake is a favorite hike as well with equally beautiful views along the way.

Awesome campground! Very clean vault toilets and friendly hosts. You can't beat the location and beautiful lake. Just be prepared for high altitude. This native Colorado girl was a bit out of oxygen at times...LOL! We will be back.

Baby Doe is a beautiful camp near Turquoise Lake. The hosts were kind and helpful. I was expecting high winds as that was the forecast in Leadville, but our campsite was on the inner loop and shielded by the trees so it wasn't bad!
