Hello, where do I start. We were in ALL of B and a couple of spots in A. we booked all 5 spots in B. It was nonstop traffic going to the bathroom. I believe it was all from dispersed camping above. It got to a point of us telling people to slow down as they would just drive 10 to 15 miles per hour. we had little kids around. not safe. we all go fishing to the lake we come back, and my brother-in-law generator was stolen from spot #4. eight in front of bathroom. we filed a police report but that's it. so sad. why can't you put a door code on all bathrooms? they are doing it in the city with public restrooms and even golf courses. such a simple solutions, especially charging us $30 a night to share restrooms with freebies. How fair is that.
and no water again for the 4th year? we have been coming there a long time. If water is an issue with dispersed camping, put a code on that as well. Not fair at all. This year was a total turn off. so much traffic in and out of B when there are only 5 spots. BAD ALL AROUND

too much traffic for lot B. when you reserve all spots and have so much traffic coming in and using the restroom is not fair. we even had a generator stolen at lot B4.

Nice location, easy to get to, very clean, camphost (Rick) was helpful, friendly, efficient, kept campsites clean and there were no rowdy campers or uncontolled campfires .

This campground has the CLEANEST bathrooms I have EVER seen in a campground. The camp host does an amazing job keeping them spotless! The sites are nice, but some are sloped; so while the site I had reserved did have a 30' driveway, there was no way I would have been able to level my camper in it. Be sure to look at photos and select a level site if you have a trailer.

Seems like an older campground, based on the bathrooms which are quite rustic, but clean The site quality varies greatly. Some had picnic tables that were not very accessible. I was lucky and had a site that was well laid out. Other reviewers have raved about the views - well, yes, you can see the lake a bit through the trees, but really, not all the sites have great views and some have no view at all. Since the campground is built on a hillside, almost all of the campsites look down on other campers or on roads.

Gorgeous mountain and lake views from site E13. Plenty of evergreen and Aspen trees throughout this campground, thus providing shade, privacy, and beauty.
Latrine was spotless and fresh-smelling.
Terrific place to stay.

Site E8 had no tent pad, and had campers right above you looking down on you. Would not recommend this particular site. Otherwise it was quiet and bathrooms were very clean.

Gravel roads are obviously dusty but the constant flow of traffic was a bit much. Everything was covered in dust after just the first few hours. Dust and traffic also made it unenjoyable to sit outside or in a tent. I would not recommend this campgrounds for tent camping.
Also had a bear walking through every night and no bear lockers to store food, kept everything in the vehicle.
