A30 camping spot rocks. Plenty of space for a large tent and several small tents. Grill was away from the road so that’s a plus. Water was limited but I knew about the water leak between B & C which should’ve been fixed by now.

Nice camp area. Little tight, so you’re in your neighbor’s business, but that’s ok if you’re friendly and offer some adult beverages and end up talking under the stars into the night. My campsite was the walking path to the outhouses, website didn’t show that in the picture, might watch out for that.

This was my first time camping and visiting any park farther from home than Palmer Park in Colorado Springs.
The experience was amazing, I am at a loss for words.
I didn't make it the whole way on the hiking trail, but it was quite fun. It's amazing how many of them there are, too! I need to build up some stamina so I can do the whole thing, and hike of them next time.
The many scenic vistas are worth stopping for along the road, and there was a geological talk from the park rangers at one of them at 11 that I caught the tail end of, which was fun to listen to and learn about.
On the trails, watch for tiny wildlife too, not just the bigger ones. We found a tiny little lizard maybe an inch long trying to blend in with the rocks sunning itself.

Beautiful spot. Very nice campground and camp host. The drive down to the bottom of the canyon was worth it. Easy to follow trail maps, as well.

Excellent site 019 in B loop. Area worked nicely for class B camper. I felt secluded in this spot with lots of shade. Site was pretty level. Area was very clean
