What Guests Are Saying

Camp Dick is praised for its cleanliness, friendly hosts, and beautiful, well-spaced campsites. Visitors enjoyed the excellent hiking and fishing opportunities, with sightings of wildlife like moose enhancing the experience. However, some noted issues with rough access roads, noise from ATVs, and inconsistent water availability, which could detract from the overall enjoyment.

Thank you for asking. We had a good experience; however, the lack of potable water detracted from the experience. Fortunately, we brought with us a nearly ample supply. The sooner water service can be restored, the better.

the water was shut off, so i'm glad we at least brought some of our own from home. The campsite did not appear to have been cleaned between campers. There was still trash in the firepit, there were two large holes in the site like a dog or child had been digging that need to be filled in. We've been camping at Camp Dick for 25 years, so this was disappointing. Otherwise we had a good time and enjoy this campground very much. The breakfast guest moose was a real treat! :)

THERE WAS NO WATER AVAILABLE. fORREST SERVICE HAD TURNED OFF ALL THE HYDRANTS THE DAY BEFORE MY ARRIVAL AT CAMP DICK.
WE SHOULD GET PARTIAL REFUND.
Our camp host Mr. Bob Burt, was attentive, helpful, supportive, and understanding.
