Each morning was so beautiful! We were able to get out on the water with our inflatable kayaks. Unfortunately we never got to try out the hiking trails because it rained each afternoon. Beautiful location!

Beautiful spot. Great place for kayaks. Camp host was awesome. Even with all the rain the restrooms were kept very clean.
Watch for low branches if you have a full profile rig.
Camped with 3 other couples retirees and we hand a great time.

We love Dowdy Lake! The campsites are far enough away from each other to offer privacy but close enough to meet some new friends and invite them to your campfire. Campground hosts were kind and helpful. And the bathrooms were impeccably clean!
