Gorgeous setting, clean restrooms, camp host came and personally cleaned our site, checked on us, very friendly! Electricity works great, good cell service!

Amazing staff, they checked on us frequently and were always so helpful. Dowdy lake is beautiful, quite packed on Memorial Day (to be expected), we still had a great time. Bathrooms always stocked and they sold firewood at the sites.

From Fort Collins, take Highway 287 north for approximately 24 miles to Livermore. Turn west on County Road 74 and continue about 23 miles to Dowdy Lake Road. Turn right, then another right onto Dowdy Drive and continue to the campground.
Dowdy Lake is accessed via Highway 287, which is approximately 24 miles from Fort Collins. From Highway 287, the route continues on County Road 74 for about 23 miles before reaching Dowdy Lake Road.
