Nice campground, do not reccomend if you have Trailer though. VERY TIGHT roads and spots. Worst part was camp host, not the friendliest. Also didnt enforce quiet hours, a few neighbors were loud all night. Great scenery, great for tents or tiny trailers- clean restrooms- no showers as expected. Also dont forget you need to pay $25 on top of the camp site cost to enter, they did away with the in person toll booth- You have to scan a QR code and then pay on recreation.gov - I didnt like this, there was no where to pull over to pay and we already didnt have great signal. Please bring back a toll attendant or charge it with the camp site when you book it.

Incredible views, probably the best views in the campground, but the wind in this spot can be brutal at night.

Nice campground set in junipers. Clean bathrooms. Enjoyed 8:40 pm Ranger talk on moths. Not a lot to do. Definitely a one day or half day visit.

When we were there, ice was not being sold in the park so plan ahead. It is available at the campground just outside the park but they do run out at times. There are outdoor shower spigots near the dunes parking lot which are helpful for rinsing if you stay several days. The dunes were busier on weekends but not as crowded during the week.

The restrooms had were absent of paper towels and/or blow driers to help dry hands after washing them. Lighting over sinks was also poor.
