The Dune Overlook hike from the campground was incredible as the sun was rising and I hiked on to The Point of No Return from there. Nice relatively easy and short hikes! Scott (the host) was very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful bathroom and dishwashing sinks. Easy access to the dunes... Even easier than the dunes parking lot!

Nice campsite. Large flat tent pad. Loved having access to a sink by l the nearby bathrooms. A little exposed but overall fine. Make sure to stake down. It got windy during our stay. Great views of the dunes.

Very nice spot near bathrooms, which were well maintained we had a 24 ft travel trailer and it fit site 65 ok, but i wouldn’t go much larger. The site was sloped side to side by about 8”, so bring your extra leveling blocks.

Beautiful, clean campground. We have a 17’ Casita and fit perfectly in our spot. We even had a view of the dunes.

We always love to stay at national parks. The only down fall is making sure your vehicle can fit. We were lucky enough with this one,we were able to fit and set up. We have a roof top tent on top of pick up so that spot we got was a little uneven and we booked at rv nonelectric. After arriving there is no way a small rv and vehicle would fit. Since we have a f350 and barely fit just that. This would be more for the van or small rv with small vehicles. This spot is located near a restroom which is a plus. This is also first national park or park where we been to and the camp host doesn’t come around and introduce themselves and go over rules with us. Not a problem but we are use to it. And we think the deer have been feed because this is also one place we been to that the deer didn’t get startled by us one bit.
