What Guests Are Saying
Peak One Campground boasts a fantastic location near trails, towns, and Lake Dillon, making it ideal for outdoor activities. The campground is clean, well-maintained, and offers good privacy between sites. However, there are ongoing issues with restroom facilities, as vault toilets remain closed and only porta-potties are available, which some guests found less than satisfactory.

This is a beautiful location. Frisco is a nice town with a marina for water sports opportunities. There are several bike trails. A paved trail encircles the Dillion reservoir and brings you right back to the campground.

Very nice sites, easy to back into, close to Frisco. They are pretty secluded given the proximity to town and the water is great, we hung out on the beach with the dogs and got into the water. On the downside, lots of trails that literally are feet away from many sites, so lots of foot and bike traffic next to the site. Additionally, the hosts were pretty rude and disconnected, so much so that I wonder if they have a personal life issue going on. They barely spoke, only to chastise or discuss rules. They even bragged about giving away sites to folks with multiple day reservations if they showed up past 2 pm. Just salty people for no good reason, almost as if they were being forced to be hosts. Other than that, good times had by all.

Beautiful site with excellent access to trails, the lake, and lots of other activities near by. Sites and bathrooms are always well kept, and the hosts are the best and go the extra mile! Thanks again, and we will be back.

Great convenient campground close to Frisco Main Street. Clean facilities and friendly, helpful hosts. Stayed at site 79 and had beautiful views across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Campers may leave the site for 24 hours and must occupy the site otherwise. This allows a camper to say go for an overnight backpack trip in the woods for one night and come back to their campsite the next day. |
