What Guests Are Saying
Peak One Campground boasts a fantastic location near trails, towns, and Lake Dillon, making it ideal for outdoor activities. The campground is clean, well-maintained, and offers good privacy between sites. However, there are ongoing issues with restroom facilities, as vault toilets remain closed and only porta-potties are available, which some guests found less than satisfactory.

It was a wonderful location close to town and the marina and it had a nice path to walk along the lake.

Beautiful sites, quiet, pleasant campground. They only had port-a-johns but they were clean.

The restrooms were not functioning in Loop C -porta-potties only. (Not my favorite.) While it was great to visit Silverthorne and Dillon, Breckenridge not so much. Alert-Cliff’s bakery on main street 👎, and parking is a pain. Please note paid parking and reservations required at Quandary/McCullough falls (10 miles outside of town) are required and there is no internet service at the parking lot to reserve online! One plus-the Thomas Dambo wood sculpture (Isak Heartstone) is worth a visit!

Campsites are gravel and mostly level with nice space between them. Lake level was up so that was nice. Bike path to Frisco and Breckenridge was a big draw for us. Restrooms were out of order so park has porta potties.

Great location and amazing views. Lots of trees to separate you and the other campers.

Gorgeous as always, but I’d forgotten that the bathrooms were closed last year and ports potties in their place.

We come here at least once a year. The outhouses are part of the bathroom experience now and well kept. They opened the flush toilets the day before we left but never serviced them with TP or a cleaning from the winter. Happy to just use the outhouses, just please update the website about them!

Beautiful location with gorgeous mountain views. Some spaces are hard to get into for larger campers. The sites are large and there's lots of room for the kids to run around. The bathrooms are not functional but they do have clean porta-potties for use.

Campers must occupy the site the first night at a campsite. This precents booking the site for Fri-Sun and showing up on a Saturday. |

Campers may leave the site for 24 hours and must occupy the site otherwise. This allows a camper to say go for an overnight backpack trip in the woods for one night and come back to their campsite the next day. |
