Lovely campground with a beautiful lake with shorebirds and a few resident alligators. Especially enjoyed the Loop Road.
Saw lots of the Everglades close up.

Very quiet and peaceful stay. Nearest fresh water and dump station is about 9 miles away at Midway Campground. Definitely gators in the lake! Drive the Loop Road (almost 25 miles) to see more gators and some beautiful birds.

Great location within Big Cypress preserve. Clean bathrooms and shower, level tent sites that didn't form puddles despite lots of rain, quiet, and central location for area activities. Would definitely return!

Very clean, quiet campground. Campground hosts were knowledgeable and friendly. Especially liked the clean dishwashing area with hot and cold water. Easy to see wildlife and a fascinating number of birds right near the camp ground entrance.
