What Guests Are Saying
Kipahulu Campground offers a stunning location with breathtaking views, clean facilities, and friendly staff, making it a favorite among visitors. The campground features spacious sites, well-maintained bathrooms, and close proximity to the beautiful Pipiwai Trail. While some campers experienced noise disturbances and the campground lacks water and showers, the overall serene atmosphere and natural beauty make it a memorable experience for many.

This campground is amazing, so good we actually decided to stay for an extra night. Campsite number 5 was perfect, it was the biggest site and had a big tree for plenty of shade. Out of all of the places I’ve been on the Hawaiian islands this area has to be my favorite due to the laid back, slowed down lifestyle. We will certainly be back here again, wish I could give it 10 stars

Great campground and we had the largest drive up site for groups. It was great, we stayed for two nights, it rained both nights and we still had a blast. Plenty of space and we parked the cars in a way to provide extra privacy. Campground staff were helpful and pleasant.

I love camping here but this time our campsite (11) was overgrown and smelled strongly of human waste from the bathrooms

Lugar bonito junto a senderos para hacer y treeking, lo único es que hay que reservar con muchísima antelación, el personal del parque muy amable y profesional

Amazing location. Beautiful views.
Would be nice if there was running water closer to the campsite.
Parking is quite expensive and wish it was disclosed when booking.

The auntie at the check in is so nice, professional & helpful. The campground was clean & uncrowned in September.
