What Guests Are Saying
Sylvan Park is a well-maintained campground noted for its large, shaded pull-through sites and peaceful atmosphere. Visitors appreciate the clean facilities, including hot showers and restrooms, as well as the friendly camp hosts. While some trees require hazard limb removal, the park's quiet location below the dam, along with easy access to nearby recreational activities, makes it a favorite among campers.

We were there during some strong storms. The camp host came to each camper to explain where to take shelter. After the storms we didn't have electricity and the hosts were out and about checking on everyone making sure needs were met and they were also working on getting electricity back to the campground.

Very nice area.. peaceful, lots of shade where we were. Restrooms/showers were clean. Had a hard time finding the swimming areas tho as they were not very well marked as you'd drive thru the park.
