Very nice campground, even with it being rustic the surroundings were clean and the bathrooms were clean! Overall great experience! Would go again!

The campground was super clean. Sites had been raked between campers and the bathrooms were immaculate!
Huge shout out to the camp hosts here! There was even a sharing library and well stocked game cabinet.

Great huge campsites. Clean outhouses. Lake Superior! Many nearby roadside parks, nearby lighthouse, interesting old cemetery overlooking monocle lake, close to Casino, east ride to Tahquamenon Falls.

Ron and Val took over hosting duties a day or two after I got to Bay View. I had met them last year while camping there and they remembered me by name! They are so personable and keep the campground in pristine condition. They take great care of their guests and engage often to see if anything is needed. I camped in Site 17 which is spacious and fairly level for my Class C Winnebago View.

Our stay at Bay View campground exceeded our expectations! The waterfront site was huge, and had a nice pathway that provided access to the sandy beach with beautiful sunset views. The friendly hosts kept the pit toilets and sites immaculate. Would definitely return!

We love this campground! Get a site on the right side, you will have direct access to Lake Superior. We have camped here twice and got 15 both times. Nothing beats falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the water. Bring something to keep bugs away, they can get pretty bad. Clean vault toilets. Games and toys available for kids to borrow.

Everything was great, very clean and beautiful lots right on the water, but for a rustic campground we thought it would have been quieter. It is more like a family park. A lot of noisy kids and many dogs barking all the time. Probably will not come back.

The site I reserved was large and had beach access.

Very clean. Was only there for one night, but was the highlight of all the parks we stayed at in the UP. We were a couple hundred feet from the beach which was amazing.
