We were at Site 33 and it was very nice. My only complaint was the distance from the pad to the dump station; at least 20 feet. The site has lots of poison ivy too.

This park has the potential to be a prime property, but it needs a little work. Many campsites need drainage work, though site 29, which we occupied, was very nice. They did just invest in sewer at all of the sites, so maybe they have more planned. Very convenient to Memphis attractions.

Hernando point is a great place to stay no complaints there. BUT on the other hand kandi is out of control. She definitely lets that simple badge go to her head. Park rangers are not allowed to carry firearms but everytime I’ve seen her or she’d pull up to our spot with something to say (like my tow truck being parked) she had a glock on her side. EXTREMELY RUDE AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Never have I caused problems at these grounds but got treated like dirt by her within the first two seconds of her talking. Cussing at me and my family yelling at my 3 year old for running around us and the rv LIKE ANY CHILD WOULD BE DOING. I’m going to the top of the command to get her fired if that doesn’t work I’ll push petition after petition until she’s gone she made the entire experience horrible. At both dub patron and hernando point because we moved locations to avoid her and her lack of respect for people

We had a beautiful site. Many sites are poorly set up. We saw no hosts or rangers our entire 7 day stay and the campground isn’t gated at 10pm so safety was a tiny concern. The road is in poor shape but I understand there have been major upgrades since some storm damage a couple of years ago. We would go back now that we have become familiar with the area and know which sites are nice.

I was very pleased with the camp site and campground. Sadly, we had much rain and high winds during our stay. the area around the campsite puddled with water and before it could all drain or soak into the ground, along came another rain. Other than the weather over which the campground had little control, the campground is excellent, and I would stay again.

We arrived to a campsite completely trashed. The burn pit was full of household trash, cans, plastic bottles. I picked up a 30 gallon bag of trash. There are no camp host so speeders fly through the camping area without any consequences.
