Our site was amazing next to the river. The rangers were active, informative, and friendly. Having the token-operated showers at the cabins nearby made for a very comfortable camping trip.

It’s a beautiful area, and a highlight of my vacation. Unfortunately their wifi didn’t work at all. They shouldn’t say they have wifi if they can’t provide it.

We stayed a couple nights in st Mary. One night at rising run and four nights at many glacier. Many glacier was by far the best experience as you are so close to so many trailheads and the sites themselves were nicer in general. Our last night required us to get a first come first serve spot. For those wondering, plan to be in your car in line between 4-5 am if you want to feel confident about getting a spot. Great experience though.

As many NP campgrounds, great location, but of course close sites to each other. Good amenities and clean.
One thing in general to think about- why can I only book spots online? Typically these campgrounds are outside of cell service. We had our immediate spots next to us empty for the three days we were there but couldn’t extend because you can only do that online? Flaw in the system and very annoying to be honest.

Many Glacier campground is perfectly located in a fabulous valley with mountains on all sides. It is an easy walk to the Many Glacier Hotel and some of the best trailheads. To top it all off the Ranger talks are great. Excellent place to make memories.

Bear traffic through this campground is REAL. Take it seriously!! This site is shaded, we were in a tent and were comfortable. Be sure to carry metal tent stakes and hammer - sites are stoney. Park staff were VERY friendly & communicative. They were vocal and protective during bear activity near campsite. We had breakfast every morning in Babb. The Thorenson mercantile in Babb also had most anything a camper may need.

We had a beautiful, private campsite as are most sites at Many Glacier Campground.
