Great bathrooms for family and friends alike. Quite private, with nearby convenience and attractions. Such as hiking, camping, swimming, and fishing. There is also a small dock for anchoring boats while loading and unloading your vessel and a boat ramp next to it within about 2 minutes drive of the campsite. This dock is also great for fishing. You can swim along the shore of the river, as well as fish. Always be cautious of swimmers. Everyone deserves to have a good time.

The site was bigger than most of the other spots in this loop. Has a slight hill when you pull in but levels out better at the bottom. There was a spigot across from the entrance to our site where you could get fresh drinking water. Camp host was nice and helpful. The bathhouse is spacious and was clean. We did not have any issues but we did hear from another camper that their tent and camping stuff was stolen one night. We always put our chairs and everything we used outside in the camper and lock it up when we left to go somewhere and we had no problems.

The people there were loud all nite, one guy tried to start a fight. Will not ever go there again. I liked the horse camp down the road from arrow head.

Rating based mainly on bathroom cleanliness. We were there about a week and bathroom was cleaned only once. Like most campgrounds in the summer, it was full over the weekend and certainly needed more cleaning than weekly.

The site I had reserved was not marked with my name or dates. The site reservation markers were actually three weeks behind but luckily nobody was parked in my site. The restrooms/shower house was pretty filthy. I saw what appeared to be a maintenance pickup truck ride through with at least three subjects in the truck. I thought maybe they cleaned the bathhouse up for the weekend but they did not. There was a host site as I drove in that appeared to be occupied but I never saw or talked to a host the 4 days I was there. It would be nice if someone would at least update sites that are reserved so you don't have to worry about someone occupying the site that is not supposed to be there. The site itself was clean and the electrical hookup worked as it should.

Campground is very nice, rural and situated for quiet camping. The facilities are clean and well maintained; campsites are situated for privacy. Enjoyed the stay and will be back again.

Turn left onto Mullinix Road (County Highway 1154), and travel approximately 1.5 mi to a stop sign and "T" intersection. Turn right, and go approximately 2 mi to another stop sign and "T" intersection. Turn left and travel about 2 mi, following the signs to the campground.

Arrowhead Campground is accessible via State Highway 109, which is approximately 10 miles south of the campground.
Policies & Rules
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
