It was my first time camping, had a nice experience. I stayed at site 10, which is close to restrooms.

2. Clean Restrooms
3. Peace and quiet
4. T-mobile Zero network coverage, AT&T very minimal network coverage
5. Mosquito repellent must
6. very hot in July, better carry a fan

We’ve been coming here for the past 5, July 4ths. And any other chance we get in between. We love it there! Always a good time and meeting great people.

Our site was double booked upon arrival and we had to wait in the rain for a solution. Campground was 100% booked so they were able to put us in a vacant host site. Which was nice, except it was not as private or large as the one we had booked. The electrical plugs at the camp host site were not to code and had 220volt running through a 30 amp plug causing obvious damage to my RV... Unable to get a hold of anyone for reimbursement.

Really nice USFS campground. Bargain priced. Sites are good size and well spaced and maintained. Fire rings, grills, and picnic tables. Easy walking distance to the lake and boat ramp, and lots of nice walking trails. Bath house is also nice and perfectly adequate for a multi- day visit. Con: Although electricity is available at selected sites water is not. There is a dump station, though.
Overal, I highly recommend.

Arrowhead campground is maintained very well. The showers are close by, and each individual campsite is private. It's close to many outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, kayaking, rock crawling (Jeep), and more.
