Fantastic campground!. It's one of my favorite places to go. The campground is immaculately clean. It's very quiet. It's a bargain on the price

Great site, loved this loop. Wish the grass was mowed more. It was really high.

Nice campground. Pay attention to the distance of water and electric hook-ups. Especially in the Hickory loop. Previous issue of dirty bathrooms has been corrected and all were clean when we were there 7/24/2024.

Ives Run is an excellent place to stay if you are planning on riding the Pine Creek Trail. Campground is a close car ride to the northern terminus of the trail. The quaint town of Wellsboro is also close by.

Grounds and grass around the site are not well maintained.
Grass was very high and hadn't been cut.
Grass wasn't cut when we arrived, were there for 12 days and didn't see any mowing until the day we left.
They're doing a very poor job of maintaining the grounds of a beautiful campground and park.

Camped at site 145 on 7/15/24-7/19/24. Was there for the big storm on 7/15 the Park Rangers, Park Hosts and Park personnel did a fantastic job of checking on campers to make sure they were ok and the cleanup on following days.

We had a very nice time at the campground even after severe storms brought trees down and knocked out power. Power was restored shortly after we arrived, so we were not impacted by that. The camp staff was hard at work removing downed trees and cleaning up debris, but they were very pleasant while doing this demanding task.
The campground is only 30 miles from Corning, where we use to live. We came up to visit friends and this was a great base. There are several good restaurants in the area such as Darlene's Diner (the old Buzzy's Dream) in Addison and a new discovery of the Wellsboro House where we found great atmosphere and food.

It was really hot weather when we were there. We didn't do everything as planned. It was really dusty out at the Pine camp where we stayed, I would like to see something sprayed on the roadway to hold down the dust, otherwise it was nice.

Beautiful location and facilities. Huge sites with mature trees and tons of green space. Sites are angled and staggered so when you're chillin you're not staring into your neighbor's window. There were tons of kids but it was still very quiet. Plus, no golf carts to run you over. An engaging ranger stopped us on the way to kayaking to gave us a free whistle (which we didn't know was mandatory safety equipment) and a promotional towel. Couldn't have been friendlier. Camp hosts were a bit aggressive about parking.
