We love going to Ebenezer to ride our horses! The trails are nice though I wish they were a little better marked. Otherwise our stay was quite nice. The park is always well taken care of and the area is quiet and clean!

I love Ebenezer. Nice pens, nice sites, rest room and showers. There are 2 spreader trailers to dump the manure in. Best of all, the trails are right next to the camp. I have mapped the trails with a Garmin. It is on Face Book at Ebenezer Trail Maps and you can print out the maps. If you have Garmin or an app that will allow you to download a GPX file, go to Ebenezer Trail Maps Group and answer 2 questions and I will approve you. I just come back from riding there twice in recent weeks. Trails are very nice, beach was nice. Don't forget to go over the dam and eat at The Stump!! Delicious hamburgers!!

VERY NICE FACILITY! WE'VE TRADITIONALLY HAD OUR FAMILY REUNION AT MILL CREEK PARK, BUT EBENEZER WILL BE OUR FIRST CHOICE FROM NOW ON, DUE TO THE COMFORTS AT THIS FACILITY. A/C,HEAT,RESTROOM, PARKING, KITCHEN, ETC.

Beautiful area and campground. Very peaceful and quiet. Even though Ebenezer is primarily an equestrian campground, it was perfect for me and my motorcycle. Kristi, the attendant on duty, was really nice and made me feel welcome. Great place for an overnight tent camp!

This is a nice place located on the shores of Sam Rayburn Reservoir. They do offer some very poorly developed tent sites that only local knowledge would keep a traveler from picking them. Many of the lakeside campsites are set up on fairly steep slopes--no tent pads available. In my view, these sites are totally unacceptable as tent campsites. It was only due to the flexibility of the host that we moved to a different site where tents could be pitched on minor slopes. The Recreation.gov registration site does not take this into account. You cannot cancel a reservation and receive reimbursement if you show up on the day you registered for and you campsite is inadequate to meet basic needs for a tent campsite. I really dislike having to use Recreation.gov because of these kinds of inconveniences. I will try very hard not to use a campground where Recreation.gov is the only way to register for a campsite. Your website looks like a child built it!

The park is a beautiful place to spend some time. The camp sites were clean.
The park attendants were very nice at check in.
