Nice campsite and beautiful view of the lake. Close to stores if you forgot something but didn’t have city noise.

Crowded but still quiet! How often can you say that at a campground. Lots of bicyclists. Friendly front gate staff. Beautiful views!

Beautiful, with many trees, deer, and great view of the lake. 30 minutes to Fort Worth so there's lots to explore, good restaurants, great location.
Downside is many sites are not level, so can be difficult to level your rig.

This is a well maintained campground. I didn’t use the bathhouse or public restroom so I can’t say anything about those. But I’ve stayed in this campground many times and it’s always nice.

We had a wonderul view of Benbrook Lake. Our site was quiet and away from the main part of the cmpground.

Love this campground, we always have such a good time. 50amp was a bonus! Main bathrooms are not that great but the ones a little further into the campground are great.

We were in a pull through site 38 with a great view of the lake and nightly attention from deer near our "yard". The site was mostly level. The sites were well spaced and water and electric worked well. The pavement, in general, could use some upkeep as much of it is breaking or cracked.
The campground is close to Ft Worth but far enough away to be away from the "rat race". 30 minutes and we were at The StockYards for all of the festivities.

Peaceful park with good lake views. Great walking / biking location as well. Deer and wild turkey are common for your viewing pleasure. Close to Fort Worth but sure doesnt feel like it!
